13. Subscription Terms
Some features of Trumpet are only available through a paid subscription.
13.1 Billing
- All subscriptions are managed and processed through Polar.sh, our payment and customer infrastructure provider.
- You will be billed at the beginning of each subscription period (e.g. monthly or annually, depending on your selection).
- You must provide accurate billing and contact information and keep it up to date.
13.2 Auto-Renewal
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel your plan before the renewal date.
- You can cancel your subscription or change your plan at any time by visiting your Trumpet account billing settings (powered by Polar.sh).
- Canceling stops future charges but does not issue a refund for the current billing cycle.
13.3 Free Trials
- If we offer a free trial, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.
- Eligibility for free trials is determined by us and may vary or be limited to new users.
13.4 Refunds
- All purchases are non-refundable unless required by law.
- We do not offer partial refunds for unused time or downgrades. If you believe you've been charged in error, contact us.
13.5 Plan Changes
- We may change pricing or features of subscription plans from time to time.
- If pricing changes, we'll give you advance notice before your next billing cycle. You can then choose to continue, switch plans, or cancel before renewal.
13.6 Third-Party Platforms
- Trumpet subscriptions are not billed through the App Store or Google Play. Managing your subscription requires going through Trumpet directly (via Polar.sh).
- Attempting to cancel or refund through your mobile OS provider will not work.
